A guy had a great time trolling Target’s Facebook page this week, responding in ways that every social media manager ever has wanted to say (or so I’m imagining). Target blocked him, but later posted a warm funny about trolls, just going to show how masterful Target PR people are at creating brand ambassadors.

The breakfast of champions just partnered with a beer company to create a Wheaties beer. Weird.

Harvard Business Review tackles the age old question of how to be professionally personable on Facebook.
